  • Knowledge of Client Site Operations and Basic Instructions: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client site operations, including security protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Driving for extended periods: Safely operate a vehicle for extended periods, ensuring timely arrival at client sites and adherence to traffic laws.
  • Site Training: Provide training and guidance to security personnel on site-specific procedures and protocols.
  • Human Resources and Performance Management Support: Assist with human resources and performance management tasks, including recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Scheduling and Logistics Support: Coordinate scheduling and logistics for security personnel, ensuring adequate coverage and resource allocation.
  • Delivery of Uniforms and Supplies: Oversee the delivery of uniforms and supplies to security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary equipment to perform their duties.
  • Operational and Service Delivery Support: Provide operational and service delivery support to clients, ensuring their security needs are met and exceeded.
  • Detailed, Informative and Well Structured Reports: Prepare and submit detailed, informative, and well-structured reports to Securiguard and clients, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 3 years driving experience with clean abstract: Possess a minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a clean abstract.

  • Drives safely and responsibly at all times: Operate a vehicle safely and responsibly at all times, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.

Training, Experience (training will be provided if candidates do not possess all of the below)

  • Has attended or will attend Securiguard Management and Supervisor training: Possess or be willing to attend Securiguard's management and supervisor training program.
  • Prefer three (3) years security industry experience: Prefer a minimum of 3 years of experience in the security industry.
  • H&S Online, AODA, WHMIS, Workplace Harassment, Smoke Free ON: Possess certifications in H&S Online, AODA, WHMIS, Workplace Harassment, and Smoke Free ON.
  • Diversity and Human Rights training completed: Complete diversity and human rights training, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Has valid full G License: Possess a valid full G License.
  • Use of Force: Possess training in the use of force, ensuring effective de-escalation techniques.
  • Formal Driver Training: Possess formal driver training, ensuring safe and responsible driving practices.
  • Crisis Intervention: Possess training in crisis intervention, promoting effective response to emergency situations.

Education

  • Minimum Grade 12 or GED: Possess a minimum of a Grade 12 or GED.
  • College Diploma or University Degree in Police Foundations, Law enforcement or equivalent is an asset: Possess a college diploma or university degree in police foundations, law enforcement, or an equivalent field.
