Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Analyst to join our team at Starlight Group Property Holdings Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support to our asset management team, ensuring the optimal performance of our commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including operational and capital expenditures, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports and annual operating budgets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify revenue-enhancing opportunities and provide recommendations to the asset management team.
  • Expense Management: Analyze expenses, including utility consumption, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Due Diligence: Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing activities, ensuring thorough due diligence is conducted.
  • Presentations and Reporting: Prepare presentations for committees, Board of Directors, and partners, providing key financial metrics and property statistics.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Experience in real estate, commercial sector, an asset.
