We are in search of a skilled Senior Level Designer to contribute to our creative endeavors. In this role, you will be tasked with designing and developing challenging and enjoyable game levels that resonate with our artistic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and construct multiplayer levels while adhering to project specifications
  • Guide levels from initial concept through to the final polish
  • Engage in effective communication with all team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality results
  • Document level design intentions for future reference
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with level design
  • Integrate feedback to enhance the multiplayer experience
  • Offer constructive critiques to improve game quality

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in multiplayer shooter games as a level designer or player
  • Strong skills in layout and environment creation
  • Proficiency in visual scripting and level design software
  • Familiarity with advanced game engines
  • Ability to articulate design intentions clearly
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to realize design vision
  • Capability to prototype and share design concepts
  • Interest in environmental aesthetics
  • Skills in task prioritization and estimation
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
