Job Title: Modern Workplace Consultant

IX Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Modern Workplace Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for delivering IT projects that support our clients' business needs.

About the Role

This is a full-time, salaried position that requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online. You will work closely with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver projects through all phases, from initial assessment to implementation and handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support and technical solutions to clients
  • Conduct readiness assessments and provide input on next steps and phases of work
  • Provide training and guidance to clients within the Microsoft modern work ecosystem
  • Plan and execute SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online implementation or migration projects
  • Work with project managers to build accurate project task lists and schedules
  • Troubleshoot user issues related to Microsoft modern workplace technologies
  • Develop strong and lasting client relationships
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and culture
Requirements
  • 10+ years' relevant work experience
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies
  • Excellent PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph skills
  • Strong experience with SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Teams administration
  • Working knowledge of SAML-based federation for cloud-based applications
  • Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID and synchronization mechanisms
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Conditional Access policies
What We Offer

IX Solutions Ltd. offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience and abilities. We also offer remote work opportunities and require employees to reside in Alberta or British Columbia, Canada.
