Qualifications- Completion of secondary (high) school education or equivalent experience
- Experience ranging from 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of food service staff
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Assess and calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and present reports as required
- Organize work schedules for staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Physically demanding role requiring stamina
