Structural Engineer

Construction Specialties, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural systems for our building products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze structural systems for building products, including aluminum and steel structures
- Develop and implement design solutions that meet customer needs and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet project requirements
- Conduct site visits to inspect and evaluate construction progress
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and technical reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering (MS preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of structural design analysis experience with aluminum and steel structures
- Strong knowledge of building codes, design manuals, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
