Position Overview:

The Crew Member plays a vital role in ensuring outstanding guest experiences while collaborating with Restaurant Managers and fellow Team Members to uphold operational excellence. This role operates under the guidance of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, with direct engagement with guests and the field operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly while taking orders and processing transactions.
  • Prepare and package food and beverage items efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in all work areas.
  • Assist in unloading and stocking inventory as required.
  • Exhibit punctuality and regular attendance during scheduled shifts.
  • Comply with BURGER KING uniform and grooming standards.

Qualifications:

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, engage positively with guests and colleagues, and a willingness to learn various aspects of restaurant operations.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
