Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Governance Framework that ensures accurate financial tracking and drives continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Lead the capital governance process by meeting with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and consolidate all capital requests and facilitating Capital Approval Meetings with C-level and VP executives.
  • Develop and implement a value realization mechanism by introducing KPIs and metrics to accurately track and report project benefits and strategic capital allocation.
  • Manage and enhance Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) tools by developing a backlog of improvements and ensuring continuous advancement to meet organizational needs.
  • Own the PMO Reboot deliverables by developing and implementing a Project Delivery Framework, Agile Metrics, Jira dashboards, and creating essential project management templates and artifacts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in establishing governance frameworks and standing up PMOs.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to introduce KPIs to tie project benefits to EBIT.
  • Agile proficient with experience in optimizing Agile methodologies and measuring project metrics.
  • Ambiguity navigator with a strong ability to guide teams through uncertainty and deliver successful outcomes.
