Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that the sales floor is stocked with the right products at the right time.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
