About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recreation Program Leader to join our team at Herald Language College Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Plan Activities

Develop and implement engaging recreational programs for students, focusing on arts and crafts, sports, and fitness activities.

Lead and Instruct Groups

Effectively lead and instruct groups and individuals in various recreational activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Coordinate Events

Assist in the coordination of recreational, sports, and fitness events, ensuring smooth execution and excellent customer service.

Ensure Health and Safety

Monitor activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, providing emergency assistance when required.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in a school or educational institution setting.

Language

Fluency in English is essential.

Work Hours

30-40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
