Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Colton Rock Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep accurate records of food quantities used to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Take customers' orders and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Fast-paced environment and physically demanding work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and reliability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
