We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Great Northern Snowcat Skiing (1990) Ltd.

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Load and unload buspans and trays, and place dishes in storage areas.
• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, as needed.
• Scour pots and pans to remove food residue and stains.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients and supplies.
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently.
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit for preparation and cooking.

• Safe Food Handling certificate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
• Reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
