Key Responsibilities

In a typical week, your tasks would include:

  • Meet with entrepreneurs, clients, and prospects to understand their business intricacies, offer advice, and recommend suitable BDC services if needed
  • Execute your action plan aligned with the Business Centre's goals, ensuring retention and growth of current clients while acquiring new ones and building a pipeline of opportunities
  • Analyze, negotiate, and present financing proposals while practicing credit judgment
  • Engage in the local business community, networking with various associations and chambers of commerce to forge business relationships and secure referrals for new client acquisition

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in finance, commerce, or business administration?
  • Passionate about entrepreneurship with 3 to 5 years of business development experience and a developed business network?
  • Possess a keen sense to identify business challenges and requirements for entrepreneurs?
  • Recognized for offering accurate advice and exceptional customer service to clients and business associates?
  • Show teamwork, structure, organization, and build effective relationships with colleagues, business contacts, and external partners?
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills, results-oriented mindset, and a track record of achieving solid goals?

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be necessary.
