Your Role in Corporate Restructuring:
• Collaborate with a team of experts committed to delivering solutions for organizations encountering financial difficulties.

• Gain exposure to various facets of advisory services, including transactions, due diligence, valuations, and restructuring.
Responsibilities as an Associate / Senior Associate in Restructuring:
• Serve as the primary contact, liaising with stakeholders on file engagements, including creditors, debtors, legal representatives, and lenders.
• Assist in the evaluation and analysis of financial data, projections, and business strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, including banks and legal professionals.
• Prepare, edit, and proofread essential correspondence, client reports, and communications to stakeholders.
• File official documents with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Actively participate in file engagements, addressing issues as they arise and developing effective solutions.
• Review invoices, manage payments, and oversee trust account responsibilities, including preparing summaries of receipts and disbursements.
• Ensure compliance of proofs of claims with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and input data into software systems.
• Coordinate and attend internal and external meetings and events.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Organize, participate in, and document meetings.
• Undertake ad hoc projects based on individual skills, such as asset management, tax returns, and financial analysis.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the candidate's skills and expertise.
