Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, escorting them to their rooms and assisting with luggage
  • Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their accommodations
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage
  • Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed, recording advance transportation requests as necessary
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required, but a passion for delivering exceptional guest service is essential
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnight and weekends
  • Valid Ontario G License and Smart Serve certification
