We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Live-in Resident Manager to join our team at Killam Apartment REIT in Fredericton, NB. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our property, including cleaning and showing units when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and maintain the property, including cleaning and showing units to potential residents;
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns;
• Coordinate and supervise the work of onsite tradespeople;
• Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforcing the rules and regulations of the property;
• Participate in resident events and activities;
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:


• Previous experience in cleaning, basic maintenance, and customer service;
• Previous experience in the property management industry;
• Strong communication and time management skills;
• Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
