About the Role

Pacific Rim Shellfish (2003) Corp. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Vice President to lead our Asia Pacific operations. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the performance of our regional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the Asia Pacific region, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of senior managers and directors, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the success of our regional operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our regional teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as a key liaison between our regional teams and the corporate office, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and one or more of the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese, Thai, Cantonese, or Korean.
