Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces using a variety of techniques.
  • Wall Covering and Finishing: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, and apply finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Client Consultation: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, and provide expert recommendations to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Equipment and Safety: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan your work to ensure timely completion.
