Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cinema Host. As a Cinema Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at our cinema.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the cinema
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding our cinema facilities and services
• Sell concessions and other items to guests
• Ensure that the cinema lobby and concession areas are clean and well-maintained
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
