About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Specialist at Pioneer Cleaning Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide basic information on facilities, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires repetitive tasks, physically demanding work, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Weight Handling: The ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) is required.
