Oracle Cloud Procurement Specialist

We are currently seeking a proficient Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant to spearhead the deployment of the Oracle Cloud Procurement module from the ground up. The successful candidate will possess a robust comprehension of procurement workflows and a wealth of experience in tailoring and configuring Oracle Cloud Procurement to fulfill unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to capture business needs and devise solutions within the Oracle Cloud Procurement framework.
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Cloud Procurement to meet strategic business goals.
  • Deliver expert advice and support to project teams throughout all stages of the implementation process.
  • Facilitate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and aid in the creation of detailed training resources.
  • Guarantee seamless integration of Oracle Cloud Procurement with other enterprise applications and systems.
  • Provide ongoing support post-implementation and assist in troubleshooting to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement: Extensive practical experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement, encompassing configuration, customization, and deployment.
    • Knowledge of Procurement Processes: In-depth understanding of procurement methodologies, best practices, and industry benchmarks.
    • Project Management Proficiency: Demonstrated capability to lead intricate implementation projects, manage schedules, and effectively coordinate resources.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Oracle Cloud Certification: Certification in Oracle Cloud Procurement or related Oracle Cloud modules.
    • Integration Expertise: Experience in integrating Oracle Cloud Procurement with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or HCM.
    • Change Management Acumen: Familiarity with change management strategies and experience in leading organizational change initiatives associated with procurement transformations.
