Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Structural Metal Fabricator to join our team at Scheltema Trailer Manufacturing Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting metal structures, installing fabricated components, and performing welding tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lay out reference points and patterns to ensure accurate assembly
  • Assemble and fit metal plates and sections to form structures
  • Install fabricated components in final products
  • Rig, hoist, and move materials to storage areas or within the worksite
  • Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and GMAW techniques
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in structural metal fabrication and welding
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
