About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Passion Construction Ltd. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Pile Driving: Operate pile driving cranes to drive pilings into the earth to provide support for buildings and other structures.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as directed by the site supervisor.
  • Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites as required.
  • Framing and Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs as part of the construction team.
  • Demolition: Assist in demolishing buildings as required.
  • Cleanup: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants on the site.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week.
