Job Summary:We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech-language programs for preschool children and/or within the service area. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the senior speech-language pathologist and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing speech-language programs.
Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and implement speech-language programs for preschool children and/or within the service area.
- Work under the direction of the senior speech-language pathologist.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Master of Speech Language Pathology (SLP) degree.
- Registration/eligibility with the Saskatchewan Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (SASLPA) and the Canadian Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (CASLPA).
- Membership in the Saskatchewan Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists and the Canadian Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists.
- Experience working with preschool children and/or within the service area.
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and their impact on communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
