About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Custom Furniture Craftsman to join our team at Elite Sofa Designs. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, custom furniture pieces that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Build Custom Furniture: Use your expertise to design and build custom furniture pieces, including trim joints, fitting parts, and applying veneer, stain, or polish.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Accurately estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring that we meet our customers' budgets and expectations.
  • Repair and Restyle Furniture: Repair or restyle existing furniture pieces to meet our customers' needs, using your skills and expertise to create unique and functional pieces.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with our design team to ensure that all custom furniture pieces meet our high standards of quality and design.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: You must have at least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as woodworking or furniture making.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
