Full-Time Interim Junior/Senior High Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Interim Junior/Senior High Teacher to join our dynamic team at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Academy in Slave Lake, Alberta.
The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing Physical Education and Complimentary Courses, with a focus on creating a learning environment that fosters curiosity, exploration, and love of learning in a faith-filled, safe, and inclusive setting.
We are looking for a candidate with a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate, a commitment to Catholic Education, and experience in working in inclusive environments. The ideal candidate will be flexible, current in best teaching practices, and able to work collaboratively with the team.
Preferred qualifications include experience with the collaborative response model, Fountas and Pinnell, Structured Word Inquiry, and the Science of Reading, as well as experience with assistive technology. Music and/or Art experience would be an asset.
