Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Supergraphics Design Company Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our inventory and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and supply chain performance.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management
    • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of inventory control staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Operational Logistics
    • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to train and supervise staff.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 32-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail.
