Overview:
Under the guidance of the Supervisor of School-Based Clinical and Therapy Services, the Speech and Language Support Specialist will assist in the delivery of therapeutic services aimed at enhancing communication skills among students. This role is essential in fostering an inclusive educational environment where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with educational staff to implement communication strategies tailored to individual student needs.
2. Support the development and execution of intervention plans designed to improve speech and language abilities.
3. Participate in assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Provide resources and training to teachers and staff to promote effective communication practices within the classroom.
