About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Events Coordinator Intern to join our team at Corpay. As a Marketing Events Coordinator Intern, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and post-event reporting for all corporate events. You will work closely with the North American Marketing Specialist to ensure seamless execution of events and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, and other corporate events
  • Manage event registrations, coordinate event and attendee registrations, and oversee the shipment of required company assets to and from events
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to drive business forward and generate leads
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute on projects related to trade show events
  • Assist with post-show review and recap, and provide insights to improve future events
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Desire to gain event marketing experience
  • Ability to travel within North America to attend/support PayByPhone's presence at trade shows
