We are seeking a highly skilled Network System Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Systems Technology Team, you will be responsible for designing, procuring, and implementing industrial IT solutions for our external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement wide area networks, local area networks, wireless networks, copper infrastructure, and fibre infrastructure
  • Configure network equipment, including switches, firewalls, DMZs, routers, and other network devices
  • Implement routing protocols, such as RIPv2, OSPF, and others
  • Support internal services, including Microsoft Windows Servers, Ubuntu Linux, Microsoft Exchange, and SharePoint
  • Collaborate with our Systems Technology Team Leader and dynamic technology specialists to develop and implement corporate cloud-based strategies

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in network design and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of network equipment, routing protocols, and virtualization
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Cisco experience and certifications preferred, HPE Networking experience is an asset
