We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to lead medium-sized, complex projects, specifically focusing on ServiceNow implementations. This role involves directing all phases of project management, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Provide overall direction and manage all aspects of project scope, execution, and budget.
- Sub-Project Management: Oversee multiple sub-projects and tasks, evaluating changes and their impacts on related tasks and projects.
- Project Planning: Develop and monitor detailed project plans; conduct status reviews with team leaders and management.
- Issue Resolution: Identify variances, initiate corrective actions, and resolve business and technical issues.
- Risk Management: Manage project risks, develop contingency plans, and negotiate changes in scope, budget, or schedule.
- Analysis and Reporting: Perform analysis on schedule, resources, costs, and task completion.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with Project Owner, management, and team members.
Requirements:
- PMP Certification: Must have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience working as a senior project coordinator/project manager.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow Experience: Experience working on ServiceNow implementations.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- ITIL Certification: ITIL certification is a plus.
