Room Attendant

At Northern Property REIT, we are a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. We are seeking a skilled Room Attendant to join our Hotel team in Iqaluit, NU.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare guest rooms for cleaning and ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Make beds and replenish guestroom and bath supplies.
  • Clean bathrooms, closets, and floors.
  • Vacuum carpets and perform rotation cleaning duties as required.
  • Attend to guest calls, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Organize and restock housekeeper carts at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and climb stairs frequently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Professional attitude and ability to work independently.
