We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at All Season Tree Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing various tasks related to lawn care and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Tie and secure plants to ensure stability and safety.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a healthy and visually appealing landscape.
  • Cut grass and rake and collect refuse to maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Lay sod or seed to create a lush and vibrant lawn.
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of our landscapes.
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure optimal growth and health.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including chain saws, sod cutters, and sprayers.
  • Perform snow maintenance operations, including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and dependability to meet deadlines and commitments.
