About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Parkers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ltd. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Vehicle Issues: Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and repair complex vehicle problems, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, and make necessary repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Communicate with Customers: Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Work with Supervisors: Collaborate with supervisors to determine the best course of action for repairs, and to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with the latest industry developments, technologies, and techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve our service and repair processes.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced diagnostic skills, knowledge of vehicle systems and components, and experience with repair and maintenance procedures.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
