Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

BAR BURRITO is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient food service systems to meet customer demands.
  • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items, preparation methods, and customer service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items, specials, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
