- Delegate tasks to sales associates and ensure efficient workflow

- Authorize financial transactions and manage payment processes
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for merchandise
- Handle product returns and ensure compliance with company policies
- Create and manage employee work schedules
- Engage with customers to promote sales and enhance their shopping experience
- Compile reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues
- Maintain organized inventory and store displays
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members
- Oversee administrative and volunteer staff
Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 employees.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting
