ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Associate to join our team at Merchandising Consultants Associates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Install and maintain eye-catching signage and merchandise displays in retail stores.
  • Set up and maintain attractive product displays and arrangements according to planograms.
  • Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards.
  • Support clients by ensuring their products are ready for customers to see, shop, and buy.
  • Complete online reports with photo uploads to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Collect valuable retail data using state-of-the-art scanning technology.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Enthusiasm and a consistently professional attitude and appearance.
  • A self-starter mindset, thriving under pressure and ambiguity.
  • Ability to read and understand planograms and store layout designs.
  • Merchandising experience in retail or grocery settings is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle is essential.
REQUIREMENTS
