Retail Merchandising Team Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandising Team Lead to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising and resetting products at retail accounts to ensure customer and client expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement customer-approved schematics and planograms with all items tagged and approved by store management.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Complete accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with store management and assigned merchandisers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in retail merchandising and/or selling.
- Strong self-management skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.
What We Offer
- $18/hour pay.
- Morning/Day Time schedule (no nights or weekends).
- Flexible schedule.
