Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Counter Staff member to join our team. As a Counter Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Welcome guests with a genuine greeting and smile
    • Assist guests with ordering and answer questions about menu items
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Cash Handling
    • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
    • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and make change
  • Store Maintenance
    • Keep the dining area, washrooms, and counter area clean and organized
    • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

  • Mathematical Skills
    • Ability to perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change
  • Communication Skills
    • Positive, helpful attitude towards guests, including the ability to speak and communicate clearly
  • Physical Demands
    • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and twisting
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
