Job Title: Playground Leader

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Playground Leader to join our team at KKetchum Consulting. As a Playground Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Encourage children to express creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
  • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
Requirements:
  • High Five training (principles of healthy child development)
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Child Abuse Registry check
  • Immunization records
  • Vulnerable sector check
