About the Role

Sonepar Canada, Inc. is a leading distributor of electrical, industrial, and safety products, with a strong presence in the Canadian market. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Solutions Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all Ontario-based customers, ensuring a seamless online experience.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their interest in e-commerce, and facilitate the new account setup process.
  • Administer the online account setup process, including paperwork flow and communication with relevant departments.
  • Manage monthly vendor updates on digital performance, and provide customer service for all online orders.
  • Oversee backorder management and communication for all B2C transactions, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Digital to provide customer training and support, and assist with e-commerce projects and web-related activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including bug reporting and follow-up with the development team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and SX.
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or administrator roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and learn, with attention to detail and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a team-first attitude and ability to work collaboratively with branches, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
