Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at TB Food Services Inc DBA Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we get the best possible prices and quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase sales.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct employees to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
