Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to ensure that their needs are met and that our customers receive exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
