A & A EXCAVATING LTD. is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Operators Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of heavy equipment operators to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency on site.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support operations.
  • Train and mentor heavy equipment operators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in heavy equipment operations and supervision.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
