About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Cloud ERP team. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cloud-based business management software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Test Plans: Create comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover all requirements and improve the overall quality of our applications.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to define testing scope, identify defects, and implement fixes.
  • Automate Testing and CI: Automate test cases and run them in Continuous Integration (CI) to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Develop and Maintain Testing Documentation: Create and maintain detailed testing documentation, including test case descriptions, expected results, and test requirements traceability.
  • Conduct Exploratory and Acceptance Testing: Perform exploratory and acceptance testing of new features to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards.
  • Identify and Analyze Defects: Analyze defects and identify areas for improvement to increase test coverage in critical areas.
  • Improve Testing Processes: Continuously seek ways to improve our test project, tools, and product quality.
  • Recommend Process Improvements: Recommend alternatives to improve verification time and automate testing processes wherever possible.
  • Lead and Manage the QA Team: Manage workload, delegate tasks, and provide estimates for feature and task completion timelines. Foster a collaborative approach with clear communication and expectations.
  • Onboard and Mentor Team Members: Leverage your experience to onboard new hires, provide constructive feedback, and offer guidance to team members for continuous learning and development.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Hands-on experience with automation testing of web applications, including C# and Java.
  • Strong OOP Skills: Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and concepts.
  • Testing Experience: Experience with testing APIs, code reviewing, and ERP, CRM systems, or EDI-related applications.
  • CI System Experience: Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) systems and automation testing using Selenium on.NET Framework using C#.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide clear, concise feedback.
  • Business English Required: Basic Business English is required for this role.
  • Previous QA Experience: Previous experience with distribution of tasks within a QA team, onboarding new hires, providing feedback, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
  • International Environment: Experience partnering effectively with various stakeholders in an international environment, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills for successful cross-team interaction.
