Veterinary Technician, Treatment, Alta Vista Animal Hospital

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our Treatment Department at VCA Canada Alta Vista Animal Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our veterinarians and other staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, triage, and care for ill patients
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide patient care
- Assist with laboratory work, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures
- Maintain treatment areas, including stocking and cleaning
- Veterinary Technician college diploma
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and oral)
- Able to support patients up to 50kg and lift up to 25kg
