Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Osmow's Shawarma. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience is positive and memorable.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports to management, and communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Transportation: Public transportation is available.
- Parking: Parking available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
