Security Team Lead

Mars Security & Protection Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support team operations.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations and meet client needs.
- Certifications: Hold a valid First Aid Certificate and Security Guard License.
- Background Check: Pass a criminal record check to ensure a clean background.
- Work Term: Work on a permanent basis, with a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
