About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at M V JOB POINT INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business initiatives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate necessary authority.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, and approve promotional campaigns and human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Bondable.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgment, and organized.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
