Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to fulfill customer needs Maintain an accurate cash drawer while adhering to company policies Manage lottery services Process utility payments, rentals, and transactions Handle negative transactions such as refunds or returns Assist in Front End Department operations Maintain the customer service desk area Support other departments and functions as needed Comply with and implement all relevant company standards Perform administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

Required:

Basic math skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting Partial high school education No prior experience necessary

Retail environment

May need to lift up to 50lbs Two-person lift required for weights exceeding 50lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Physical tasks including bending, lifting, and reaching Exposure to varying temperatures for short durations Exposure to cleaning and sanitation chemicals Flexible hours and potential for overtime
